While landlords hold the security deposit, reaching an amicable agreement over damages being pre-existing or inflicted beyond wear and tear can be distressing and take precious time and energy off you. We believe these troubles are absolutely unnecessary. We also have a list of trusted vendors such as handyman, plumbers etc to assist you on getting items fixed before handing over.

We do all coordination works for you and we assure you that you barely need to lift your fingers to make any calls unless absolutely necessary.

06. Tenancy Management

During the lease term, some issues can be raised over and beyond your imaginations.

07. Taking over vacant possession

At the end of lease, there are likely defective items that need rectifications.  

Often, signs of use such as stains on walls caused by furniture or mild wear off on sofas are unavoidable.

However, should the damages appear beyond reasonable wear and tear and our condition reports show evidently that they are not there prior, we do our best to enforce repair works on your tenants accordingly.
